Report your dissatisfaction

As a client of Praktijk Gabriels you can be assured that we are committed to providing you with proper care and making sure that you are satisfied with the results of your treatment. Despite the skill and effort of our specialists and employees, it is possible are not satisfied.

You may then choose to report this. Should this be the case, we are committed to resolve your dissatisfaction. We do this by following a protocol.

Together we will resolve your complaint

To start off we ask you to make an appointment with your treating physician. You can discuss your dissatisfaction with him/her. A good discussion can provide a lot of clarity, and for you to come to a mutual resolution.

Engage Support
Should your contact with the treating physician not be satisfactory, you can receive support to further explain your dissatisfaction and to resolve your complaint. You can then fill in the complaints form. You will receive a response within three working days.

Complaints Officer
Should you not be satisfied with the contact with our complaints co-ordinator, then you may ask for an appointment with our complaints officer.  She will evaluate the complaints procedure and advise you and us in this. You can contact her directly by sending an email to:
